Centering photography of by Laurent Chevalier, monologues and interactive installations are brought to life as interpretations of the still images. The goal is to give narrative and voice to the photographed life. A picture is worth not just the isolated moment, but also what that isolated moment means in context to the world within and around it. “Still in Motion” is an opportunity for the stories of community members to be witnessed and expanded upon beyond the frame.
